Hello! My name is Kimberly Smith, and I have the pleasure of being a part of the dynamic world of real estate, with a special focus on the Nevada market. With nearly two decades of experience in this ever-evolving industry, I've made it my mission to stay ahead of the curve, continuously educating myself on the latest market trends and developments. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Computer in Business from National University in June 1992, a solid foundation that has been instrumental in my career.

It has been my mission to maintain active involvement in the real estate community. I am honoured to have been member of National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and Event Coordinator Chairperson for the NAREB Women's Council. Since 2003, I've had the privilege of working with a variety of real estate companies, each experience enriching my understanding of this business. My journey includes working with a new home builder, Richmond American homes. During my career journey I have gained considerable experience navigating the complexities of short sale and bank-owned properties. In 2021, feeling the call to elevate my career further, I hit the books once again and proudly received my Broker Salesperson license in 2022.

In addition to my work in real estate, I'm proud to say that I became a published author in January 2024 with the release of "Women Who Boss Up in Real Estate 2.0." The book achieved bestselling status in four categories, including #1 in Real Estate Sales and Selling, and #2 in Women's Literature Criticism on the Kindle Store. It's been a remarkable journey to share my insights and experiences in such a way, and the response has been humbling. This experience afforded me the opportunity to have my picture along with other authors featured in a New York Times Square Billboard in February 2024.

I also contribute monthly real estate-related articles to the Black Image Magazine, another platform where I aim to empower and educate others on the intricacies of homeownership and market trends. My writing has extended beyond this, as I was also featured in the 2024 edition of "Women Who Wow: Real Women of Substance," which was a true honor.

In June 2022, I began a new chapter by partnering with Yvette Major, a commercial real estate guru, to expand my knowledge into the commercial side of the business. This collaboration has been invaluable, and I look forward to continuing my growth in this area.

Beyond my professional life, I'm a native Nevadan who cherishes my roots. I'm happily married to Jesse Smith, a marriage and family therapist, and together we have four adult children. When I'm not working, you'll often find me traveling, shopping, or at the gym—I love staying active and embracing all that life has to offer. Additionally, I co-counsel with my husband as a marriage counselor, blending our skills to support couples in navigating their relationships.

I'm passionate about what I do, and every step of my journey, whether in real estate, writing, or family life, has been fueled by a desire to make a meaningful impact. I'm excited about what the future holds, and I look forward to continuing to serve my clients and community with the same dedication that has brought me this far.
